About.
Hey! I'm Nirzar — a software developer from Gujarat, India. My work spans both modern frontend development with React and WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and custom solutions. I enjoy building digital experiences that are performant, scalable, and user-friendly.
I graduated with a degree in Computer Science Engineering in 2022. Since then, I've explored multiple areas of web development — from custom WordPress solutions to frontend applications — and found that combining both worlds is where I bring the most value.
Outside of work, I follow a fitness-oriented lifestyle. I train multiple days a week, aspire to live as healthy as possible, and (fun fact) I also make a mean cup of coffee ☕.

PlanIt is a web application that allows two individuals to schedule a meeting based on their busy work schedules. The application takes into account the working hours and pre-planned meetings of both individuals and suggests available time slots for the meeting. Learn more >

Contributed to Spectra, a WordPress block editor plugin with over 1 million+ active installations. Rebuilt the block editor UI using an internal design system, migrated blocks to API v3 for WordPress 6.7 compatibility, and implemented custom stores for undo/redo functionality. Developed the Portfolio Block for WP Portfolio with shortcode + FSE theme support, and integrated third-party APIs like Pexels and Pixabay into the media library. Also verified and resolved security vulnerabilities as part of the Bug Bounty Program.
Developed and customized WordPress themes and plugins for client projects, ensuring pixel-perfect UI/UX. Built custom Gutenberg blocks using PHP, JavaScript, and React. Optimized websites for performance and SEO, significantly improving Core Web Vitals. Integrated third-party APIs such as CRMs, analytics, and payment gateways into WordPress. Mentored interns, conducted code reviews, and enforced best practices across the development lifecycle.
Contributed to WordPress-based client websites by developing custom themes and integrating PHP/MySQL features such as user authentication and form handling. Ensured responsive front-end design with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, while also collaborating on backend functionality to deliver complete website solutions.
